Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.


How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take pride in securely packaging your jewelry. However, once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, SISTORA JOWELERY. is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors, or contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Contact@sistora.com with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
